Maintenance Once our qualified Engineers have installed and commissioned
your security system, our service doesn’t end there. By taking out a
maintenance & service agreement you will benefit from our Engineers
regularly testing your system and advising of any improvements or necessary
repairs to keep you secure. Many insurers will require that your system is
maintained by an approved company in accordance with the latest standards, with
this being the service we provide. With either yearly or 6-monthly visits
your system will undergo a full service and testing. Backup batteries will be
replaced where required on the maintenance visit, and a service report will
be provided to you. As customer service is our priority, all
maintenance appointments are booked in advance via our office. Your
appointment will be booked for A.M. or P.M. Our customers do not have to wait
in all day for an engineer that never arrives. Callouts Included in our maintenance & service agreement
is the peace of mind that someone is available
24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the event of a breakdown – and with a 4
hour response time. Even if you just need advice on your security system, we
can solve the majority of queries over the phone. All this is provided by one of the most competitive
prices. We do not do ‘all-in’ maintenance contracts, as with our ‘tried &
tested’ equipment and high quality installation we have very few breakdowns
or emergency callouts. We know from recent customer feedback that we can
maintain your system for around half the price of a leading national company,
with a higher standard of customer service included. |
