	Survey Your first step to protecting you, your family, and your property is to have a Security Risk Assessment carried out. Our trained Surveyors – not a salesperson – will make an appointment with you to visit the premises you wish to protect, be it domestic, commercial or industrial. In conjunction with you our Surveyor will complete the Risk Assessment and use this to design your security system. Design All systems are custom designed based on your risk assessment & site survey. We do not use ‘kits’ or DIY equipment, we choose each product to suit your needs and requirements and to provide you with the best security. All our products are ‘tried & tested’ – see our “Products – Equipment” section for more detailed information. Specification A full and detailed specification will then be sent to you. This pack will contain the details of the protection that will best suit you. Enclosed in this pack will be product leaflets showing the equipment that will be used in your security system – this information is also available in our “User Guides” section. The specification will contain all the information needed by your insurance company should they be involved in your requirement for security. Follow-up Once sent, your Surveyor will contact you to confirm the specification has been received. If you have any queries or would like to change any details of your security system, your Surveyor will be able to advise you accordingly. We will also take this opportunity to get your feedback on the specification - whether good, bad or indifferent – so we can continue to improve our service to customers. These services are free of charge and without any obligation – we do not use salespeople.
